IIN Group and Cytiva Life Sciences Sign Demonstration Agreement
IIN Group, a global automation company, is pleased to announce it has entered a 12-month demonstration agreement with Cytiva, a world-leading supplier of materials and development used in the manufacture of POC Diagnostic tests.
The demonstration agreement will see Cytiva’s Specialist Diagnostics Division put the Rapid Pro, Lateral Flow assembly system through its paces over the next year at their facility in Dassell, Germany.
Built upon IIN’s MICAS 500 Micro Assembly Platform, the Rapid Pro provides assembly capabilities of up to 20 cassettes per minute, with higher production rates possible through system scalability modules including automated feeders, bad-part rejection mechanisms, barcode scanning, laser etching, and integrated pouching and sealing solutions.
