We are now looking for a Senior Concept & Sales Support Engineer to strengthen our team.
Key Highlights
- 5+ years of experience in comprehensive design of production automation solutions
- Strong background in concept development and solution design
- Experience in 3D design (e.g. mechanical layouts, automation concepts)
- Ability to create optimized, customer-specific automation solutions
- Close cooperation with sales, customers, and engineering teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- Willingness to travel occasionally in Finland and internationally
Role Description
- Develop automation concepts and technical solutions based on customer requirements
- Support sales in pre-sales and customer meetings with strong technical expertise
- Create and evaluate technical concepts, layouts, and solution alternatives
- Participate in feasibility studies, cost estimations, and technical specifications

Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining our website, ensuring content is up to date, optimized, and aligned with our brand and commercial goals. You will actively work with external partners, supporting joint marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth cooperation. In addition, you will coordinate and prepare trade fairs and industry events — from materials and messaging to practical arrangements — working closely with both internal teams and partners.

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Solid understanding of modern marketing channels, tools, and digital marketing practices

Experience in website content management and basic understanding of website development

Experience supporting sales-driven marketing activities

Experience collaborating with external partners or stakeholders

Experience in organizing or coordinating events and trade fairs is considered a strong advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
