Senior Concept & Sales Support Engineer | Kempele, Finland

IIN Solutions Oy is a pioneer in manufacturing services and production automation solutions. Our innovations in production automation cover assembly automation, functional testing, and process verification for demanding industrial environments.

We are now looking for a Senior Concept & Sales Support Engineer to strengthen our team.


Key Highlights 

  • 5+ years of experience in comprehensive design of production automation solutions
  • Strong background in concept development and solution design
  • Experience in 3D design (e.g. mechanical layouts, automation concepts)
  • Ability to create optimized, customer-specific automation solutions
  • Close cooperation with sales, customers, and engineering teams
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally in Finland and internationally

Role Description 

  • Develop automation concepts and technical solutions based on customer requirements
  • Support sales in pre-sales and customer meetings with strong technical expertise
  • Create and evaluate technical concepts, layouts, and solution alternatives
  • Participate in feasibility studies, cost estimations, and technical specifications

Electrical / Automation Installer | Kempele, Finland

IIN Solutions Oy is a pioneer in manufacturing services and production automation solutions. Our innovations in production automation solutions cover assembly automation, functional testing, and process verification. 

Our manufacturing services include everything from mechanical design to machining, as well as assembly services. 

We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a full-time Electrical / Automation Installer. In this role, you’ll work with a variety of production automation systems – both in our own facilities and directly at customer sites.

If you have hands-on experience with automation and electrical installations in production environments, and enjoy working in a practical, fast-paced setting, this could be a great fit for you.

Mechanical installation experience is also considered an advantage. The work involves occasional travel, so we expect you to be willing to travel and have sufficient English skills.
